We’ve all heard shocking stories from the world of bad dates.

You might walk away from your Tinder date with shame or a permanent look of confusion on your face, but hardly ever does someone walk away with a slashed left shoulder.

An unassuming 21-year-old Colorado man is recovering from a Tinder date that ended with a stabbing.

The unnamed victim was allegedly seduced by a lass who lured him into her apartment, performed oral sex on him, duct-taped him while naked, choked him and slashed him with a knife, all before ordering food and then falling asleep.

I’ve never heard of a date escalating so quickly and disturbingly.

The New York Post reported that Lauren Marie Dooley was hit with multiple felony charges last week over the bizarre attack that took place inside her apartment in Colorado Springs, according to a newly released affidavit.

Dooley is accused of making her date remove his clothes before giving him a blowjob, and then taping up his hands and feet, to which he consented, per The Daily Beast:

She then apparently took out a knife and threatened him, according to the affidavit. She demanded he get into her bed, which he says was non-consensual given the introduction of the weapon.

Dooley, who will be arraigned Thursday, is said to have then climbed on top of her victim and “proceeded to use the knife to cut his left shoulder.”

“Lauren then used both her hands to apply direct pressure to [the victim’s] throat for approximately 20 seconds, making it difficult to breath[e]. Lauren stopped, but only to procure a belt that she then placed around [the victim’s] neck. She tightened the belt for another 20 seconds, once more making it difficult to breath[e]. When she took it off, she checked [the victim’s] neck for a pulse,” the affidavit says.

It’s alleged she then made the male victim clean up in the bath, where blood was found by the police later on.

Things took another strange turn when she ordered food from DoorDash and threatened her date with death if he dared scream when it arrived.

She ate the food while her date bled beside her, and then fell asleep with the knife under the covers, which is when the poor guy made his escape:

Once Dooley was asleep, the victim told police he was able to finagle the knife to cut the duct tape and quietly leave the bed. As he tried to find his keys, Dooley reportedly woke up and chased him into the parking lot, where witnesses say she threatened him after smearing his blood on her hands as he called 911.

He could be heard arguing with Dooley as he called for help, explaining to her that he called the emergency services “because you cut me” and because “you’re going to kill me.”

Yes, fair enough, sir. I am sure she could understand.

Responding officers encountered the naked victim standing in the parking lot of the apartment complex.

Dooley was charged with second-degree kidnapping, second-degree assault, and menacing, and is scheduled to appear in court for an initial hearing next week.

She faces up to 25 years in prison if found guilty of the myriad offences.
