Adam Levine, the lead singer of Maroon 5, and Namibian supermodel Behati Prinsloo have been married since 2014.
The couple has two children and Prinsloo is currently pregnant with their third child.
But you knew this already because over the past few weeks, Levine’s messages to a number of women who are not his wife have emerged.
Not only has this shattered Levine’s solid family man image, but the messages themselves can be described as cringeworthy at best.
The guy’s out there singing about how he doesn’t mind spending every day on the corner in the pouring rain. Meanwhile, he’s texting Sumner Stroh that he wants to name his unborn child after her.
“I may need to see the booty” is also ripe for the picking. First came the memes and then Saturday Night Live, returning this past weekend for its 48th season, stepped up to the plate.
Here are the basics via HuffPost:
“Saturday Night Live” cast member Mikey Day didn’t let Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine off the hook over his cheating scandal.
Day concocted a not-safe-for-work portrayal of Levine during a game show-themed sketch titled “Send Something Normal,” a competition that the announcer deemed “America’s easiest game show.”
As you will have surmised, it wasn’t easy for the DM-slinging singer. The sketch also featured Armie Hammer (played by James Austin Johnson), Neil deGrasse Tyson (played by Kenan Thompson), and SNL cast member Bowen Yang playing himself:

That sketch was well-received, although the season’s first episode did feature some misses.
The show said goodbye to a number of stalwarts after season 47, including the likes of Kate McKinnon, Aidy Bryant, Pete Davidson, and Kyle Mooney, so there are plenty of new faces on board.
The AV Club hailed the hosting chops of Miles Teller but was critical on the whole:
This season opener revealed that, even with a committed and serviceable host, the show’s lackluster writing has veteran performers going through the motions and stunts the fresh new players from adding their own comedic voices.
Let’s see Miles’ opening monologue:
