The Bentley Residences Miami Tower will ensure that you never have to step outside of your car, or even press a button, to access your home.
If that sounds like the future, it is, so welcome.
The next-level 61-storey luxury skyscraper will debut in 2026, but people are already feverish at the thought of the in-unit car elevator that will haul your favourite ride from the street to your garage attached to your front door.
Leaving your car in the parking lot with everyone else’s is so in the past.
Bentley Motors partnered with Dezer Development, whose branded real estate portfolio already includes another luxury vehicle-themed building, Porsche Design Tower, per Robb Report.
The Bentley-branded residence’s lift, dubbed the ‘Dezervator’, will be able to transport you in your car to any floor. This includes the 61st and top floor, which is 228 metres high, where you can park in a garage with plenty of space:
Forbes notes that because we’re talking about Bentley-sized spaces, that means up to 144 square metres of parking for each residence, which can fit three or four cars.
The in-unit garages connect directly to your residence, have EV charging stations for up to four vehicles, and are reached by a sophisticated lighting system that guides the driver to the correct Dezervator to reach the residence.
The Dezervators, which are enclosed by glass, offer panoramic views of the building’s communal areas:
Bentley Residences released a little promo for all of this:
Each residence starts at around $4,2 million, which is a small price to pay to avoid standing in a lift with your neighbours or wasting time dealing with valets.
You’re also paying for luxe communal facilities, including a cinema, games room, wellness centre and spa, plus a whisky bar, cigar lounge, restaurant, and lobby.
Fine.
