What does a person need nine bedrooms for?
You turn it into a villa and lease it out over the busy periods of the year and make a killing, or so I’ve heard.
Whatever your reasoning, it’s not often that nine-bedroom houses hit the market in Camps Bay so I’d imagine there’s some interest in this Bakoven abode.
The Property24 listing shows the price as R26,995 million. I don’t know who they think is going to be put off by that final R5 000. Maybe it helps the listing appear in a greater number of price range searches?
