I’ve heard it argued that altitude is what causes some people to do strange things on a flight.
But no, it’s just people being people.
The kind of requests and scenarios that flight attendants have to deal with on the job, be it with commercial or private flying, are almost endlessly wacky and unconventional.
Flight attendants really do see everything.
And just when you think you’ve heard it all, another flight attendant pops up with more stories.
Emily, a Ryanair flight attendant from Essex, has added more strangeness to the mix with her TikTok video of the most ridiculous requests she’s been asked as a flight attendant, reported Matador Network:

Common sense does not prevail!
Simply Flying listed some of the zaniest in- and pre-flight requests that private jet attendants had come across, from being asked to provide female ‘entertainers’ to Kentucky Fried Chicken for lunch.
Peruse a few of those:
On one flight, we were requested to remain in the galley (or kitchen) of the aircraft for the entire flight and were paid to do so by a Russian oligarch and his model girlfriend. Maybe they played ‘Scrabble’…
A very famous lady in the USA, asked the Captain to land the private jet immediately as she ‘wanted a burger’…
…Ever seen 32 falcons on one aircraft? We did. They traveled with a sheikh and his entourage on a hunting trip in the Sahara. The bar was drunk dry before take-off, the aircraft full of cigarette smoke, and everyone was seated on the floor eating from huge pots of food.
There are also classic antics from famous rockstars and rappers leaving bags of white powder (not laundry detergent) and wads of cash on board.
One user made a really relatable comment on Emily’s video, noting that “when I say I’m scared of flying, I’m not scared of the plane, I’m scared of the ppl in it”.
Yeah, same.
