There’s almost no limit to how much sushi I can consume in one sitting. Trust me, I’ve wrecked a few all-you-can-eat specials in my time.
With age comes wisdom, and the realisation that eating sushi should be seen as something joyful, rather than a challenge to gorge oneself.
I don’t want to name-check any well-known Cape Town sushi joints but the idea of sitting inside a packed shopping centre while munching on my California rolls doesn’t fill me with joy.
Give me views, give me the buzz of the Camps Bay strip, give me people-watching where you’ll likely witness a scene fit for the Influencers in the Wild Instagram account, and give me damn fine sushi.
Enter Café Caprice and their sushi deal, featuring a 24-piece platter for two for R340.
The deal is running indefinitely, so you have time.
You’re getting:
That’s more than enough for two people to tuck into.
Swing past at the right time on a Friday and you can also get half-price bubbles. If margaritas are more your thing, pop in between 4PM and 6PM Monday through to Thursday and those are half-price, too.
The sunsets are on the house, as is the people-watching.
