As soon as Stranger Things season four (volume one) hit Netflix, folks binged so hard it racked up some insane stats.

Around the globe, Netflix customers streamed a whopping 286,8 million hours of Stranger Things 4 in under a week.

Fans will be happy to note that the nostalgic horror is not yet over, as volume two of the season is soon to be released.

Stranger Things season four volume two will technically just be two episodes long, but a lot can happen in two episodes when those episodes are the length of movies.

The dramatic end was teased in a video released yesterday, scored by none other than an epic rendition of Kate Bush’s ‘Running Up That Hill’.

Spoiler alert: the teaser gives away a little of what’s already happened, so perhaps only watch if you’ve already ploughed through part one:

Here are more spoils from IGN:

Starting with the Hawkins gang driving in a van, geared up in preparation to face Vecna, a sinister voice heard over the action promises that “Hawkins will fall.”

The montage of clips that follows promises an action-packed and tense final two episodes. We see Nancy facing down Vecna in a hospital corridor, Will claiming that Vecna won’t stop until he’s taken everyone, Max clicking her Walkman on (presumably with Kate Bush ready and loaded in the tape deck), and Eddie preparing his guitar for a wild solo in the Upside Down.

There’s also something about Murray hosing down Russian enemies, running from the demodog, AK-47s, and soldiers in a lab.

The two episodes will be released together on the streamer on July 1.

Only nine more days to go!
