The iconic 1993 stoner film Dazed and Confused features an oft-quoted line from Matthew McConaughey’s Wooderson.

“That’s what I love about these high school girls, man. I get older, they stay the same age.”

Leonardo DiCaprio isn’t quite on that level but he does have a long and demonstrated history of dating women who are very much his juniors.

Allow me to start with some info from that rag we all hate, The Daily Mail:

Leonardo DiCaprio’s girlfriend Camila Morrone shared her gratitude for the birthday wishes she received from friends, fans and family on social media.

While ringing in her 25th birthday, the five-foot-nine beauty looked blissful as she shared new photos of herself rocking a plunging cheetah-print tank over a blue bra and freshly-dyed orange hair with a touch of pink in waves.

She rocked it, it plunged, her hair was fresh – all classic Mail stuff bar the absence of the word ‘pert’ which crops up very, very often:

Yes, yes. I know. Who cares?

Well, let’s cast our minds back to a graph that did the rounds on Reddit in 2019, summing up Leo’s dating habits.

As you can see, 25 has, in the past, been the age at which he tends to move on from his girlfriends.

Morrone turned 22 in 2019 (the graph was made shortly before her 22nd birthday) and has just entered what is informally known as the ‘Leo danger zone’.

DiCaprio is 47 now, so perhaps he’s looking to settle down, but the next 12 months could be vital to anybody who gives a single iota of a damn about this sort of thing.
