It once seemed impossible that America would ever be governed by somebody with a greater capacity to put their foot in their mouth than George W. Bush.
Well, look how that turned out.
Earlier today we wrote about Bush’s latest gaffe, mixing up Iraq and Ukraine, and it got me thinking about those days of old.
