Ah, alright. After some digging around on Airbnb, I found the listing going at R9 995 a night. I imagine it hits the mid-twenties range during peak season.

That write-up says “a well-kept pathway will lead you from the home’s front door to the beach in just 44 steps”. But I thought it was 20 steps?
