Forget Coachella, because the real money shots are underwater inside this party submarine.
The Under Water Entertainment Platform (UWEP) is U-Boat Worx’s newest fleet member, designed to host bacchanalias some 120 metres below the surface.
Essentially, you’re in for the most “prestigious and memorable events on the planet,” according to the Dutch outfit.
120 guests along with the crew can be hosted at these deep-sea soirées, with a multi-purpose space that can be configured to include a restaurant with 64 seats, a subsea gym, or an underwater casino, reported Robb Report:
To top it off, the UWEP is fitted with 14 large windows that give seafarers a prime view of the deep ocean and the teeming marine life. It’s also equipped with a series of exterior lights that illuminate the surroundings and add a bit of extra pizzaz to night-time dives.
The party never has to end, either. The fully autonomous UWEP is battery-powered and can run non-stop for 24 hours. Between trips, the sub can be recharged and restocked in a port or floating dock.
Like a mini cruise ship that can take you swimming with the fishes, it also has the capacity for weddings, exhibitions, presentations, performances, and more.
It’s a good thing that the air-conditioned cabin is fully pressurised, which means guests won’t need to decompress after emerging again.
Who’s ready to have a bespoke underwater party on a submarine?
I don’t know, how much is it first?
