Cape Town Folks – Here’s How To Invest In Your Health This Month

It never hurts to know exactly where you're at fitness-wise while earning those sacred Vitality points at the same time.

We’re supposed to take our cars in for a service every 10 000 kilometres, or at least once a year.

This is why it’s so vital to find a mechanic you can trust, rather than one of those shifty characters who end up running from Derek Watts and the Carte Blanche crew after they’ve been caught fleecing unwitting customers.

When it comes to our physical health we often neglect to check in and see how our bodies are doing. Starting on Monday, May 23, through to Friday, May 27, Consequence Private Wealth is running Wellness Points Days.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Address – 1st Floor, Newlands Quarter, corner of Dean and Main Streets, Newlands (above Vida e Cafe). You can click here for directions.
  • Cost – Fitness Assessment is R480 per person, which can be claimed back from your medical aid savings account. Payment is possible via card, Snapscan, or cash. The Health Check is free for Discovery Health members.
  • Vitality Points Available – Fitness Assessment: Up to 7 500. Health Check: Up to 22 500.
  • COVID-19 Measures – Windows and doors will remain open to allow for fresh air, and sanitisers will be in place.

Who doesn’t love Vitality points? I hope you saw the bit about it being free for Discovery Health members, too.

In order to book an hourly session, which run between 8AM and 4PM each day, email Nazeema at nazeemas@consequence.co.za.

While you’re there, you might also take the chance to ensure your finances are in a healthy state.

After all, the consequences of decisions made today will unfold over a lifetime based on the sound principles applied at their inception.

There’s no time like the present to look after both your physical and financial future.
