Some might say that Netflix has put its life in Bridgerton‘s hands.
Thankfully for them, the second season has done a pretty good job for the streaming giant, holding a spot on the most-watched ranking every week since the second season premiered on March 25.
But once those eight episodes are done and dusted, where does one focus their attention?
Not on real life. Please, no. To put you at ease, we have gathered some of the other top-ranking shows on Netflix.
HuffPost reported that Anatomy of a Scandal is the top show on Netflix’s public ranking system, so we’ll start there:
This new British miniseries from David E. Kelley premiered on the platform on April 15.
Told over six episodes, the drama follows the wife of a British parliamentarian who discovers her husband’s affair with an aide and watches her life unravel as the scandal becomes public and he is accused of rape as well.

Third, a lovely new addition to nature docuseries with former US President Barack Obama as the narrator. In five episodes, he takes us on a tour of Our Great National Parks:
Queen of the South tells the story of Teresa Mendoza:
When her drug-dealing boyfriend is unexpectedly murdered in Mexico, Teresa (played by Alice Braga) is forced to go on the run and seek refuge in America, where she teams with an unlikely figure from her past to bring down the leader of the very drug trafficking ring that has her on the run.
In the process, she learns the tools of the trade and strategically positions herself to become the leader of the Cartel.

Heirs to the Land (AKA Los herederos de la tierra) is a Spanish series set in 14th-century Barcelona.
Based on a novel of the same name by Ildefonso Falcones, it tells the story of a resourceful young man looking to make a name for himself.
