Jeffrey Epstein used to call Prince Andrew a ‘useful idiot.
At least the Duke was useful, which is more than can be said for blithering bellend Boris Johnson.
The British Prime Minister is once again embroiled in controversy surrounding Partygate. While millions were locked indoors and prevented from seeing their loved ones, parties raged at 10 Downing Street.
Both the PM and Chancellor Rishi Sunak have been fined for breaching COVID-19 rules and are facing calls to resign. Naturally, they won’t, because you don’t climb the ranks of the Tories by showing integrity.
Britons are angry, and so they should be. Actor Dan Stevens’ jibe at BoJo has struck a nerve. Below via The Metro:
Downton Abbey’s Dan was joined by Derry Girls’ Saoirse-Monica Jackson and Jamie-Lee O’Donnell on the show to discuss his upcoming drama Gaslit, which also stars Hollywood royalty Julia Roberts and Sean Penn.
But when host Alex Jones asked the actor about the show’s premise, nobody expected his scathing Boris takedown.
Wait for it. Wait for it. Mic drop:

You can actually hear the gasp:

That’s former footballer Jermaine Jenas cracking up alongside Jones.
Funnily enough, it’s not the first time Jones has let out a gasp on the show. In 2011, then-PM David Cameron was put on the spot by then-presenter Matt Baker who asked how he sleeps at night:
How do politicians the world over sleep at night? In this country, as with many others, comfortably and with scant regard for those they govern.
