Justin Bieber hasn’t had much luck with his concerts lately.
Originally slated to kick off in March 2020, his Justice World Tour has already been seriously set back several times due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Finally, the first concert happened in San Diego on Friday night with opening acts Jaden Smith and Eddie Benjamin.
But this was just one show along the highly anticipated world tour spanning five continents and over 20 countries on more than 90 dates, wrapping up in March 2023.
All the Las Vegas Beliebers anticipating his next show were let down by yet another disappointing setback, this time “due to positive COVID results within the Justice Tour family”.
That is according to the tour’s official statement posted on Saturday:

Although the tour’s official statement doesn’t mention it outright, HuffPost reported that Justin tested positive for COVID-19:
Justin Bieber tested positive for COVID-19 on Saturday after the opening night of his already heavily delayed world tour, according to multiple outlets.
The pop star “thankfully is feeling OK,” TMZ reported, but has now postponed at least one upcoming date on the Justice World Tour.
Now, LA fans will have to wait till June 28 to see Bieber on his Justice World Tour.
Those who wish to be refunded for Sunday’s show will be able to obtain a refund at the point of purchase, per the statement.
According to his website, Bieber’s next scheduled tour date is on February 22 at the Gila River Arena in Glendale, Arizona.
But that has also just been cancelled due to “the ongoing COVID situation within the Justice Tour family”.
Besides the wretched pandemic plaguing Bieber’s shows, there was also a shooting incident that interfered with another of his concerts:
Earlier this month, four people, including rapper Kodak Black, were injured following a shooting outside of a Bieber concert after-party in Los Angeles before the Super Bowl.
Before the shooting, the singer and his wife, Hailey Bieber, and other stars — including Drake Tobey Maguire and Khloe Kardashian — reportedly entered the bash.
All the Beliebers out there are surely holding on to hope that Justin will make a speedy recovery so that he can honour the concerts he has thus far missed.
