We Found The Perfect Cocktail For Each Season

We have four delicious cocktails using four different tonic water flavours to celebrate the vibe of each season.

Happy Chinese New year!

It is the year of the tiger, which means 2022 is dedicated to us embracing our fiery passions and fierce go-getting natures.

That sounds like it could be tough to muster after two years sitting at home in our pyjamas, so to help us along, we’ll give ourselves some liquid courage.

Taking a cue from Asia’s delight in the four seasons (even though, in Japan, there are 72-micro seasons), we have four delicious cocktails using four different tonic water flavours to celebrate the vibe of each season.

The tonic waters are from the best in the bespoke mixers game – Fitch & Leedes, each delicately carbonated, superbly balanced and infused with the world’s finest flavours.

First up, for summer, because despite the weather outside that’s where we’re at, is a Rosemary Blue G&T:

How to make it:

  • Add blueberries and gin into a glass and muddle gently until a jam-like consistency.
  • Fill the glass with ice and top up with Fitch & Leedes Blue Tonic.
  • Garnish and serve.

Then comes autumn, which a Marmalade Tequila Smash suits very nicely:

How to make it:

  • Stir together tequila, marmalade and lime juice until well combined.
  • Pour over ice and top with Fitch & Leedes Premium Indian Tonic.

For the colder months, this Pomegranate Grapefruit Winter Cocktail should hit the spot:

You will need:

  • One shot of rum
  • One shot of fresh grapefruit juice
  • One shot of pomegranate juice
  • Fitch & Leedes Premium Grapefruit Tonic
  • Fresh grapefruit slices, pomegranate seeds, and a sprig of rosemary for the garnish

How to make it:

  • In a cocktail shaker or jar with a lid add in rum, grapefruit juice and pomegranate juice.
  • Shake or stir to combine.
  • Pour into a glass with ice and then top up with grapefruit tonic.
  • Garnish with a slice of fresh grapefruit, pomegranate seeds and a sprig of rosemary.

When the spring blossoms bud, pull out all the stops for this Vodka, Cucumber, and Cranberry Spritz:

How to make it:

  • In a shaker with ice, mix vodka, cranberry and lemon juice.
  • Shake well.
  • Pour mixture in a glass filled with ice, top with Fitch & Leedes Pink Tonic.
  • Garnish with cucumber and cranberries.
