Influencer and YouTuber Logan Paul loves getting himself into tricky situations, but it seems he was not expecting such a challenge from a couple of Cape Town baboons.
During a trip to the Mother City, Logan crossed paths with some baboons who were keen to check out his belongings while he watched on in horror.
He shared the clip to all his social media platforms, captioned “wtf just happened”, and depicting him being “bullied” by the baboons, reported TimesLIVE.
Logan can be seen jumping around screaming: “Not the camera! What do I do?!” as one of the baboons launches for him, sending him scuttling away with his tail between his legs:

Funny how he tagged Prime Hydrate as if the video could become a good piece of advertising for his sports drink.
We all know what those baboons at Cape Point (where the video appears to have been taken) are capable of when that mischievous streak strikes, or when there is something yummy to steal.
Shouting loudly is not the move to make here, Logan, which only agitates the creatures more and triggers their territorial nature.
Especially when there are babies involved, which there were. If you look at the baboon digging through Logan’s bag, you can catch sight of a baby right next to it.
These animals are not to be mocked, as their bites can do some serious damage.
With as many followers as Logan has, it is only right to talk about why his reaction is dangerous, not only for a tourist but also for the wellbeing of the baboons.
Cape Town Etc has laid down some points to consider when confronted by these animals, warning folks to never feed them as they might begin to see humans as their primary source of food and thus disrupt their natural foraging habits.
This disruption to how and what they eat can also make the alpha male more aggressive.
