Adele is about to hit Las Vegas for 24 exclusive weekend shows at the Caesars Palace Colosseum.
During this Vegas residency, the pop star will be making a few pretty pennies.
Okay, that is an understatement.
She will be earning roughly $682 000 (around R10,5 million) per show, which will net her in excess of $16,3 million by the end of the residency (more than R250 million).
Those dollars will come from her cut of ticket sales as well as the sale of her merchandise at the performances.
Tickets range anywhere between $1 000 and $12 280. Ouch.
Luxury Launches reported that this “whopping total of her earnings could easily make the British superstar one of the highest-paid female stars in the history of Las Vegas residencies”:
Commenting on it, a source noted, ‘Adele is the hottest ticket in Las Vegas right now, and she’s raking in a pretty penny from it. She is expected to make over £500,000 per gig thanks to ticket sales alone, even before the merchandising. Caesars has rolled out the red carpet to ensure she’s treated like the superstar she is.’
The cherry on top is that she will be able to live life as elaborately as possible in a lavish $40 000 (more than R600 000) per night private hotel suite for just under four months:
The suite comes with a complimentary butler, executive assistant, chauffeur, and security.
PLUS, she will be able to dine and drink for free at any Caesars resort, with guests nogal.
Her residency begins on January 21 and runs until April 16.
I can’t think of any artist who deserves this treatment more, though.
