All eyes have mostly been on Bill and Melinda Gates’ eldest daughter, Jennifer.
Especially since her extravagant wedding, held on her North Salem equestrian farm worth $16 million (R236 million) in October.
Jennifer’s sister, Phoebe, is six years younger, born in 2002, with almost as much to show for growing up in one of America’s wealthiest families.
At the moment, Bill Gates is the fourth-richest man in the world, with a net worth of $139 billion.
But that doesn’t mean he’s sharing it all with his kids one day.
He has only set a ‘small sum’ of $10 million as an inheritance for each of his three children. However, following his divorce from Melinda, they may now get more than that.
Anyway, here’s Phoebe, who is no longer shy of the limelight:

Phoebe still lives in her parents’ $124 million lakefront eco-mansion, otherwise known as Xanadu 2.0, and is part of the reason why Melinda and Bill had such a delayed divorce.
South China Morning Post has more on that, based on reports at the time of the divorce:
The decision to part ways seems to be linked to their youngest daughter, Phoebe, turning 18 years old. It’s absolutely because their youngest child is graduating from high school, and the idea was that they stayed together through that.
Phoebe was said to be mostly raised by her mother Melinda, but still shares quite a few commonalities with her father, like her love of reading.
She is also really close to her sister:
[Jennifer] wished her younger sister a happy 18th birthday on September 14, 2020, in an Instagram post: “Happy birthday to you @moonstarsandshine! How lucky am I to have the most intelligent, charming, radiant, charismatic sister! Wishing you the best day from across the world!”
Here they are enjoying a Christmas in Cabo:

Besides her familial associations, Phoebe is her own person, with an interest in dancing and the arts:
Aspiring ballerina Phoebe then enrolled in the Professional Children’s School in New York City, which is catered towards working or aspiring child actors and dancers.
She also studied at The School of American Ballet at the famed Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, and the prestigious Juilliard School.
She also has a keen interest in adventure, travel, and nature:
