• Raspberry macaroon, raspberry compote & fresh raspberries
• Tropical Sunrise: Coconut & almond sponge, passionfruit mousse & apricot glaze
• Tasting of L’Ormarins Brut Classique NV & Brut Rosé NV

All of this, for an absolute steal at R125 per person.

This limited edition pairing is served from Tuesdays to Saturdays at the Anthonij Rupert Tasting Room, where bookings are essential.

This includes an inventive selection of sweet and savoury items, freshly baked on the premises and following seasonal flavours.

A sample menu of what to expect includes the following:

• Valrhona Ariaga Noire Chocolate, salted caramel and Marshmallow Brownies (GF)
• Tropical Sunrise, Coconut almond sponge cake, Passionfruit Mousse & Apricot compote
  Canelè (V)
• Smoked Salmon Mousse & Squid Ink Éclair (GF)
• Savory Mini vegetable muffin (V) with herbs & crème fraiche
• Eggplant Mousse, Cheese cracker with Red pepper Gel

The cost also includes a Premier Cru tea OR an Artisanal Coffee OR a glass of L’Ormarins Brut NV.
