Not too shabby, right?

Let’s not debate the merits of paying just shy of R40 million for a five-bedroom villa on Glen Beach when you can buy a handful of mansions elsewhere for the same price.

Things cost what they cost in and around the Camps Bay strip. It is what it is.

As are the views from Glen Beach Villa, located on the beach in a large, lush garden setting with uninterrupted views over Table Mountain, the Twelve Apostles range, and the ocean.

Head the other way, and it’s a great little walk from Glen Beach via Maiden’s Cove and Bachelor’s Cove to Clifton 4th Beach.

A win-win whichever way you choose.
