A pram is designed to protect a baby and help a mother, but it is no match for a busy road on a hill.
Video footage shows the moment a mother in Turkey ran after her 10-month-old baby, who was strapped into a pram, rolling steadily down a hill through a fairly busy intersection.
The mother walks the pram to the door of a building, alongside another child of hers, before stopping to go inside.
That is when the pram, which she left just near the curb, broke away and rolled down the busy road.
At that moment a white car was driving up but, fortunately, seemed to have spotted the pram in time to dodge it.
Sky News confirmed that the baby was unharmed as it was strapped in and landed in a garden.
Take a look:
Thank the powers that be that the family was reunited, unscathed.
That heart-stopping moment will definitely stay with the mother for quite some time.
