If you go out for a meal, and that meal disappoints, you only get let down once.
The same can be said for a coffee shop, or a farmstall, or a local market.
But if your internet service provider (ISP) lets you down, then you’re constantly reminded of their shortcomings, especially if you work from home.
In other words, it’s a decision you want to get right.
The winners of the Kfm Best of the Cape Awards were recently announced, covering everything from best biltong (J&M Famous Biltong), best place to sweat (Sea Point Promenade), and best takeaway spot (Butler’s Pizza, of course).
The awards recognise local businesses, entrepreneurs, places, people, activities, and services that Kfm listeners believe deserve public recognition, with the public voting to choose those winners.
In the best ISP category, it’s RSAWEB which comes out on top:
RSAWEB was born in 2001 out of its founders’ frustration with the lack of quality internet services in South Africa, before officially launching in 2003.
With a focus on innovation and people, RSAWEB were nominated for their exceptional customer service across Sales, installation, support and finance, competitive pricing, and friendly and helpful staff.
High praise indeed, and the people have spoken.
Here’s the moment RSAWEB was announced as a winner live on air:
That’s the sound of celebration.
Aside from excellent customer service and support, RSAWEB also offers a wide range of home internet solutions.
You’ll find a number of promotions currently running in connection with fibre to the home, depending on which area you live in, and which speed you desire.
Congrats to everyone at RSAWEB, and keep up the great work.
