Remember when South Africans celebrated a Guinness World Record birth, with 10 babies born to Gosiame Sithole?
As we all recall, that story fell apart in spectacular fashion, further tarnishing the already disgraced reputations of Piet Rampedi and Iqbal Survé.
Rampedi has gone very quiet, and Independent Online (IOL) has appointed veteran anti-apartheid lawyer, advocate, and acting judge, Michael Donen SC, to investigate Rampedi’s reporting on the Tembisa 10.
That should be a short investigation, although we have heard nothing on the matter for more than a month.
These sorts of shenanigans don’t ever go unnoticed by Nando’s, and earlier this morning they released an advert titled ‘Ekurhuleni 11’.
Why have 10 when you turn things up to 11?
Shots fired.
Nando’s finishes by adding that Prego & Chips special “won’t leave you feeling Pietrayed”.
Take the bait, Piet, and dig that hole a little deeper.
