Katlego Maboe, perhaps best known as the guy from the OUTsurance ads, as well as a host on the ‘Expresso Morning Show’, has kept a pretty low profile for the past nine or so months.

That’s probably for the best, because the last time we reported on the fallout between Maboe and his ex, Monique Muller, she had all the receipts.

It all started with that infamous video, and rapidly spiralled from there.

Here’s Maboe’s last post on Instagram before he waded back in this week, dated October 23, 2020:

The comments on that post are anything but kind.

Fast forward to earlier in the week, and he was back with a lengthy post about gratitude.

That included quoted Bible scripture from Romans 8:38-39:

The comments on that post are far more positive.

With regards to the legal battle between Maboe and Muller, it’s not known what has occurred since January.

Maboe was arrested for being in contempt of court, and appeared in the Goodwood Magistrate’s Court on January 6 in connection with the case involving Muller.

Here’s IOL:

Maboe’s PR representative, Lerato Maleswena, has denied the allegations made by Muller, saying: “The matter is being heard in the Magistrate’s Court and is currently sub judice.

“No further comment can be made and any party making comments to the media or publishing any allegations can be held in contempt of court,“ added Maleswena.
