On a proper windy day, you’re likely to see an umbrella skeleton or two stuffed into rubbish bins across the city, and it’s a problem many others can also relate to.
Now you can add Boris Johnson to the list, after his escapades on Wednesday while attending the unveiling of a memorial to police officers at the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire.
It was a sombre affair, honouring police officers who have died in the line of duty, until BoJo’s snafu.
