Conan is coming to an end after a lengthy 11-year run, and what better way for host Conan O’Brien to go out than to get a little high while on air?

Of course, Seth Rogen is the perfect person to take on the role of facilitator for casual on-TV joint smoking.

Rogen was the TBS show’s last guest appearance before it ends tomorrow (June 24), reported Deadline, and O’Brien was pondering what he could do with all the upcoming free time he’ll have before turning to Rogen for some life advice.

Everybody knows that Rogen smokes weed all day, every day and even opened his own cannabis business, so his advice could only have been “hilariously on-brand”:

“I would suggest—this is going to be hilariously on-brand—try smoking a lot of weed for a long time,” he suggested.

This was before offering O’Brien a neatly rolled joint from his jacket pocket, which rookie O’Brien confused with a birthday candle for a moment.

O’Brien, who usually enjoys his “lucidity”, clearly ran out of damns to give and lit up the “fine herb” with Rogen as the last hurrah:

“This is the kind of thing you do when you know it’s over for you,” said O’Brien.

“‘Oh, what are they gonna do to me?'”

Although it seems O’Brien has a new deal with WarnerMedia and is developing a weekly variety show for HBO Max.

Hopefully, they’re on board with a bit of doobie otherwise O’Brien will only have free time on his hands.
