It has been close to a month since HBO Max’s Friends reunion special aired.
But it is not the last time that we get to enjoy a moment with the six buddies because James Corden has surprised us with more.
He has released additional footage with the cast filmed exclusively for The Late Late Show with James Corden, and it includes one of his famous ‘Carpool Karaoke’ segments.
I’ll give you a moment to guess what song they sang.
Yup, the iconic theme song, ‘I’ll Be There for You.’
In the episode, Corden can be seen driving onto the Warner Bros. lot, where he picks up all six friends (Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer) to take them to Stage 24, where they shot the show for all those years.
On the way, they all sang along together nostalgically:
Because Corden isn’t an official friend, he had to take the Best Friends Test in a sit-down interview in Central Perk, after they had arrived at the studio.
Fair.
Anyway, at the studio, Cordon was included in all the Friends shenanigans, reports TV Line:
Once they arrived, Corden took a personal tour of the set, where he bonded with Hugsy, snuck a peek at Chandler and Joey’s CD collection, and took Chandler’s beloved BarcaLounger for a spin.
He also revealed a never-before-seen part of the hallway that separated Apartments 19 and 20, and sniffed the floor to see if he could still smell the cheesecake that Rachel and Chandler ate off the floor.
Friends: The Reunion marked only the second time all six cast members had been together in 17 years.
If you haven’t seen that yet, you can check it out on Showmax or read about the highlights here.
Unforgettable is how LeBlanc became an Irish meme after the special.
