hysteria [ hi-ster-ee-uh, -steer- ] : ‘an uncontrollable outburst of emotion or fear, often characterized by irrationality, laughter, weeping, etc.’
I can believe it, especially as Café du Cap launches its winter breakfast specials to see us through until the end of July. All of which are available from Monday to Friday, before 9:30AM.
