This morning, some parents exploded with rage.
But this time, it wasn’t the kids’ fault.
The parents of students attending Laerskool Theresapark in Pretoria have been irate over the principal’s alleged mismanagement and awful treatment of teachers.
The moment that their frustration boiled over was captured in a video shot by some parents.
In the video, you can see the angry parents carrying the principal, still in her office chair, out of the administration office before she falls off:

Police were called in to manage the situation.
Here’s more from IOL:
The principal has locked herself in her office and the local police are monitoring the situation to prevent further confrontation, as parents say “intervention or without intervention, the principal must go.”
The parents, on the other hand, refuse to leave without immediate answers.
At the time of writing, they are apparently still waiting outside for officials from the Intervention Unit of the Department of Education who are said to be on the way to deal with the issue and address them directly.
I hope, for their sake, that has happened by now.
The parents are pointing fingers at the principal for all of the problems at the school, according to a message being circulated:
“The school seems to be running into financial problems and it seems there is financial mismanagement at the school.
“The previous School Governing Body experienced multiple resignations as well this year in March.
“Our kids are exposed to a toxic work environment when their teachers are bullied day in and out and parents are treated like nobodies by the principal.”
Some parents claim that they have evidence of this in a voice clip showing how the principal speaks to staff.
It looks like the principal needs to watch out for more than just a fall from her chair.
