The cannabis industry is currently making leaps and bounds in various sectors, including medication and therapeutic treatment. One of the biggest selling points of GrowBarato.net so far is that they offer one of the most comprehensive ranges of cannabis growing products. Their large warehouse and smart logistics service has enabled them to establish themselves as a leader in the grow sector in Spain and Latin America.
The company is celebrating its tenth anniversary in 2021, a milestone that it is celebrating with a brand change: from Grow Barato to GB The Green Brand. The objective of this evolution is to improve the experience they offer their customers and franchisees, which is the reason behind the change to GB The Green Brand.
This Green Brand intends to move in a new direction: while their products will remain the same, as will their service philosophy, there will now be a greater focus on the support network for customers and franchisees, the two main drivers of the company’s growth last year.
GB The Green Brand promotes the grow franchise model
The company’s main objective behind this change of image and firm commitment to the grow franchise model is to enable the brand to reach other hitherto unexplored markets.
This reorganisation process began gradually during the pandemic due to the increasing number of information requests related to the creation of a franchise network for the brand. Although this option wasn’t included in the company’s initial business plan, an analysis of the international market, which is becoming increasingly favourable to the grow sector, encouraged them to undertake a comprehensive transformation process.
The first thing they did was improve their online sales platform, with a website that makes it very easy to buy products and request advice, and offers a smooth and straightforward order management process for both growers and franchisees. The next step will be to change the corporate branding, making it more professional and better suited to work hand in hand with franchisees.
The third phase, where they are right now, involves attracting franchisees who are looking for a profitable and safe business model. To do this, they have developed their own branded products and seeds for growing cannabis and marijuana.
The Boom Nutrientes range of fertilisers has managed to gain international recognition in barely a year, with its own range of GB Seeds. As such, the heads of GB The Green Brand emphasise that their main priority for 2021 will be promoting feminised seeds and lauding the benefits of autoflowering plants.
Of course, they also underline that they will remain committed to their original philosophy: offering the same level of service as a company that they looked for as customers, before they launched GrowBarato.net. The team is today made up of more than 50 professionals who deal with everything from order management to advising growers.
The company now has 40 stores throughout Spain, and they hope that the teams in each department will grow significantly throughout 2021 as the grow franchise programme becomes more and more popular.
