If you choose to have your wedding at Mar-A-Lago, which is now former president Donald Trump’s primary residence, you’re probably hoping he’s going to pop past and say a few words.

In the case of Megan Noderer and John Arrigo, they knew he would, given that Arrigo is a longtime Trump friend and donor.

Deprived of firing off tweets to whine and moan about how poorly he’s been treated, Trump used his wedding speech to go over his greatest hits collection.

China (‘Chiiiina’), the border (Mexico didn’t pay a cent, but hey), Iran, and of course Joe Biden.

Nothing says have a long and happy life together, and a lovely evening, like a good two-minute moan with a brief mention of the couple at the end.

I’d say the biggest surprise is that he didn’t mention Biden’s recent triple slip whilst climbing the Air Force One stairs.
