Brawls outside the likes of Walmart are a dime a dozen.
That’s why there’s an entire website about the ‘People of Walmart’, featuring some of the stranger sightings.
Bath & Body Works, on the other hand, is a company that makes its money selling a wide range of bath and beauty products, like candles and hand soaps, which is what makes the fight that broke out in Scottsdale, Arizona, so unusual.
Imagine standing in line at Constantia Village, waiting patiently to pay for your scented candles (divine), and this sort of carnage erupts?
The brawl occurred on Saturday, and police have confirmed two women received citations for assault and disorderly conduct.
Before we go to the footage, some info via Arizona Central:
Through an investigation, police said an argument and confrontation escalated into a physical fight between two groups of people over cutting in line. Police interviewed the women involved, employees and witnesses and reviewed surveillance video.
The Brits would be genuinely horrified. In that neck of the woods, orderly queuing is a national pastime.
Let’s watch the carnage, which shows employees trying to separate the women, who are already going at it:
Whilst it certainly looks like the employees were the aggressors from that footage above, police said that surveillance footage showed they were not to blame for the escalation in violence.
Seems like the guilty parties could have used some destressing aromatherapy candles to take home.
