I have no idea what drives somebody to derive pleasure from exposing themself in public, but here we are.
The suspected Somerset West flasher first came to our attention via Cape Town Etc, which reports that residents have been warned to look out for a man seen driving “a dark grey dirty Isuzu bakkie”.
These warnings have gone out via the Somerset West Community Facebook group, where one resident detailed her experience:
In the comments below that post, another woman added her experience:
Cape Town Etc reports that Somerset West Police said they have not had any cases opened, and nobody had yet come in to lodge an official complaint.
