Zapiro Celebrates The End Of President Trump

With his Twitter account suspended, a second impeachment in the bag, and the clock ticking on his reign, things aren't looking too rosy for POTUS.

Tomorrow, as the clock ticks past midday in Washington DC, it will become former president Donald Trump.

Around the world, millions and millions will celebrate, whilst others mutter to themselves about QAnon and the second coming and conspiratorial nonsense.

Zapiro is certainly among those who will enjoy seeing the 45th president of the United States hang up his (golf) boots, with Joe Biden taking over as the country’s 46th.

The satirical cartoonist’s latest work, published yesterday on The Daily Maverick, is a pun on General Custer, who is most famous for his so-called ‘last stand’ at the Battle of the Little Bighorn in 1876.

I doubt Trump will ever see the above cartoon, but if he does, somebody will need to explain that.

Following the storming of the Capitol back on January 6, Zapiro also went to town:

Mot much explanation needed there.

As the end draws near, Trump is said to be isolated and enraged, having gone ‘ballistic’ after being banned by Twitter.

Couldn’t have happened to a more deserving bloke.
