If you think that visiting a wine farm with the current ban on alcohol sales and on-site consumption in place is pointless, you couldn’t be more wrong.
A wine farm is in many ways the ideal place to spend a day out. They’re airy and open, which makes physical distancing easier, and a great way to enjoy some of the most scenic views that the Western Cape has on offer.
Moreover, in a world with limited activities available to us, wine farms like Anthonij Rupert Wyne have expanded or adapted their already extensive activities list to include several excellent ways to fill your time and rack up a few new experiences.
There’s fun for the whole family, and some wide-open spaces to enjoy after a week holed up at home.
