Please Enjoy Drones Delivering Drinks At Michael Jordan’s Golf Club [Videos]

Michael Jordan is one of the fiercest competitors that professional sport has ever seen, so it's not too surprising that his exclusive golf club pulls out all the stops.

Michael Jordan has done pretty well for himself, with Forbes estimating his net worth to be around $1,6 billion.

As anybody who has watched The Last Dance can confirm, he’s also not the sort of guy who half-arses anything.

Perhaps it’s not surprising, then, that his exclusive golf course, The Grove XXIII (that’s 23, as in his iconic jersey number), comes with all the bells and whistles.

Human drink and snack delivery just won’t cut it, with videos circulating last week showing drone drops on the course itself:

This video was shared by former tennis star Caroline Wozniacki:

Gimmicky drone drops aside, the Hobe Sound, south Florida course really is top-notch, reports Golf:

Its futuristic clubhouse was designed by NBWW architectural firm, and its 15,000 square feet consist of men’s and women’s locker rooms, lounging areas, a pro shop and dining room.

“We wanted the precision and flow of the golf swing as well as Michael’s athleticism and corporate finesse to inspire the contemporary form and detailing of the clubhouse architecture,” said NBWW’s Don Wolfe on the company’s website.

The golf carts, reportedly, go up to 35 mph, and the caddies, as Wozniacki video showed, use scooters. The course, according to Golf Digest, has a double-helix routing, meaning it can be played in four nine-hole combinations or three- to six-hole loops.

The course has bee nicknamed “Slaughterhouse 23″, in that it’s been designed to suit Jordan’s golf game to a tee.

One would expect nothing less from one of sport’s fiercest ever competitors.

There are less than 100 members, making it a very exclusive club.

One gets the feeling that beating Jordan at golf (or anything) will greatly reduce your chances of adding one more member to the list.
