Another Halloween has come and gone, and if you celebrated this weekend, I hope you did it safely, and with a mask on.
The kind that prevents the spread of COVID-19.

Kendall Jenner decided to put more effort in at a Halloween meets birthday celebration with a few other celebrities, including her sister Kylie, The Weeknd, Justin Bieber, and model Winnie Harlow.

Jenner kept fans updated on her transformation via social media, including a truly amazing make-up job and a blonde wig to complete the ’90s Pammy look.
You can check it out on Instagram or Twitter.

And Kendall’s version:
Who wore it better?
I’ll leave that up to you.
One more for the road:
The call to vote is the best part of the costume.
For that, we give her props.
