Guess who’s back, back again?
Recently, the trailer for Borat Subsequent Moviefilm arrived, which is a sequel to 2006’s Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan.
Cries of ‘very nice’, ‘great success’, and ‘jagshemash’ rang out across the internet, and we learnt that Borat Sagdiyev really hates a short movie title.
The man behind the moustache, Sacha Baron Cohen, recently opened up about how he genuinely feared for his life whilst filming one scene from the latest movie, but he was back in character for his appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
Before we dive into the video, here’s a summary of sorts via the Daily Beast:
“I do not feel comfortable starting this interview until I have done basic questionnaire,” [Borat] added. It included questions like, “In the last week, have you been in the presence for more than 15 minutes of any Jews?” and “As member of Hollywood elite, have you recently drunk any unpasteurized children’s blood?”
When Kimmel answered no to the latter, he followed up with, “Really? Not in any pizza parlors recently?”
Oh no – Borat has fallen down the QAnon wormhole. At least he won’t be the most outlandish person there.
The Kazakh icon also tried to stick a thermometer up Kimmel’s rear-end, before Borat’s ‘daughter’ emerged and demanded the host’s pants.
This Friday (October 23), the movie will be released on Amazon Prime Video, so this appearance will have to hold you over until then:
