Looks like Trevor Noah is making some changes in his life.
First of all, if reports are to be believed, he has a new love interest in his life.
That would be actress Minka Kelly, perhaps best known for her role in Friday Night Lights.
Now Variety reports that Trevor has just “dumped” his Bel-Air mansion, which he bought less than two years ago.
You can have a snoop around here, if that’s your vibe.
Having bought the property for $20,5 million, it fetched $21,7 million (around R350 million) in the sale:
[That’s] an on-paper seven-figure profit that shrinks significantly once taxes, upkeep, and closing costs are factored into the equation. “The Daily Show” host’s house was never available on the open market, so it remains unclear what, if any, changes he made to the place during his short tenure there. Also not yet clear is the all-cash buyer’s identity, which is shielded behind a deliberately opaque blind trust.
Located in the upper part of the hillside Bel Air neighborhood, on a quiet cul-de-sac shared with a handful of other homes — none of them owned by celebrities — the ex-Noah digs were newly completed in 2018. The house packs in more than 10,000 square feet into an exceptionally long and narrow mansion, with a total of 5 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.
A decent place to call home.
Fear not, Trevor fans, because he will have a roof over his head.
He still owns that $10,2 million Manhattan penthouse, which is where he’s currently hosting The Daily Show from.
You can have a look inside that penthouse here.
Forbes Africa reports that Trevor earned $28 million between June 1, 2018 to June 1, 2019, with some estimates putting his net worth at around the $40 million mark.
