If you care, Jay-Z and Beyoncé traded in their ‘small’ yacht in the Hamptons (a dinghy, really) for a superyacht.

Their family has expanded following the birth of the twins, so we can only assume that they needed something the size of a small mansion to float around it.

After all, the children need space to play.

For the sake of this story, we’re not going to follow the likes of those reporting and pretending that an ultra-rich celebrity couple chartering a yacht is some sort of phenomenon.

It’s no secret that Jay-Z and Beyonce like to charter large yachts. And since yachts also provide significant security, privacy and safety in addition to every imaginable luxury, it’s no surprise they choose to rest and recharge onboard superyachts.

This time, they decided to take LANA out on the waters near Croatia. It’s not only the largest yacht they’ve chartered, but one of the largest and most expensive charter yachts in the world.

If you came here hoping to see pictures or video of Jay-Z and Beyoncé on the yacht, I’m afraid the image above is the only one that you’re going to get.

On to LANA, the superyacht in question.

Here it is chilling in the South of France:

The 350-foot-long Benetti superyacht is setting the couple back $2 million (around R33 million) per week.

The interior sleeps up to twelve people in eight staterooms including a master suite.

Each cabin is unique. The yacht can also accommodate up to 31 crew.

There’s a spa with multiple treatment rooms, a gym, and an onboard cinema.

The large outdoor pool looks like something you’re more likely to find outside of a house in Clifton, than on a boat.

Obviously, it has a beach club. Are you even superyachting if you don’t have a beach club?

In it, you’ll find a virtually endless list of equipment (toys, boats, jet skis, dive gear, and so on).

Not too shabby, albeit out of most price ranges.

I guess that’s one of the perks of having more money than Midas.
