If you’ve ever taken dipping a paddle in the water seriously, chances are you’ve heard of Oscar Chalupsky.
He is a watersports legend in South Africa, and around the world, and is perhaps best known for his exploits in the fields of surf ski and paddling.
Chalupsky has never been one to let any obstacle stand in his way, but a recent Carte Blanche feature has outlined one challenge that he can’t use his sporting prowess to overcome:
…Chalupsky is now embroiled in the fight of his life – against a cancer with no known cure. He’s taken his adoring global fan base along with him on his social media pages, as he grappled with the pain of chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant.
