There’s nothing quite like those ‘I’m deleting my Facebook account’ posts you see on the feed, followed by a few days of silence, and then the person is posting once more.
Cool story, bro, and better luck next time, because we should all be reconsidering our relationship with social media.
By this stage, I’m sure we’re all aware of how harmful these platforms can be to one’s mental health, as well as democracy as a whole (the Cambridge Analytica scandal, for example).

The doccie was a hit at Sundance earlier in the year, with reviews saying it presents a “compelling argument for viewers to begin thinking about their social media usage differently”.
