As for their latest video, which is presented by the hilarious KG Mokgadi, they focus on matters related to South Africa’s procurement of PPE.
Rather than meaning personal protective equipment, which has been in short supply in many hospitals across the country, PPE refers to the ANC’s ‘Personal Payment Extravaganza’, with a feeding frenzy taking place involving dodgy tenders, overinflated prices, and all the usual suspects.
