The young Prince is heir to the throne after his father, William, who will rule after Charles, if any of them get the chance to rule at all.

It’s possible that the Queen will outlive us all.

She’s 94 and shows no signs of backing down.

She was there when the world was formed, and will likely be there when the world dies.

Back to George, and The Telegraph, who published some rather cute pictures of the Prince taken by his mom.

The schoolboy Prince, who has been at home in Norfolk with his family since lockdown began, will celebrate his birthday with the Cambridge family on Wednesday under the Covid-19 “new normal”.

Photographs taken by the Duchess earlier this month show the Prince showing off his endearing gap-toothed smile, dressed casually as he played outside.

A second portrait, in which he wears a polo shirt and casual trousers, sees him pose against a rustic country door.

Kensington Palace said that “The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to share two new photographs of Prince George ahead of his seventh birthday”.

The Royal spawn aren’t photographed very often, but a photo is released every year when they celebrate a birthday.

Tough to ignore the similarities between George and his dad:
