How it works:
The programme works on a three-tier system determined by how much you spend at a branch and/or online.
The tiers are:
- Jade (annual spend of between R1 – R24 999)
- Pearl (annual spend of between R25 000 – R49 999)
- Diamond (annual spend of over R50 000)
Tier status will be determined based on the following criteria:
- Date of joining the Programme and subsequent spend for the next 12 months.
- Should the amount you spend exceed the top level of your tier, you will be upgraded to the next level tier. The inception of the 12-month period will commence once again, on the new tier.
- Your reviewed tier status is valid for the following 12 months unless the amount you spend allows for an upgrade during the 12-month period.
- Should the amount you spend decrease, and, when reviewed at 12 months is not in line with your current tier, you will move down to the tier below.
The Rand value increases the higher the tier that you are on.
