For fitness lovers, a trip to the gym once a day, or a few times a week, formed an important part of their routines.
Then the pandemic happened.
Gyms are currently flagged as one of the places where you’re at high risk of contracting COVID-19, so chances are they’ll be closed for the foreseeable future.
Working out at home is an option, but finding the right video is tough. Anyone can make a workout video, so you could end up following the instructions of a novice, guiding you through exercises in a way that could do more harm than good.
