We had a Zoom call and everything.
Given that we are now working remotely, the odd video check-in is necessary.
We have a strict rule about no judgement regarding attire one wears around the home, and Friday chats usually involve plans for the weekend, and, under lockdown at least, what’s on the telly.
Seth says his mates are raving about White Lines, and we’ve seen some of the social media talk, so I guess there’s a chance we’ll be watching this weekend.
No promises, though – we aren’t one homogenous blob.
The Guardian has given White Lines four stars, by the way, saying “there’s sex, drugs and retro rave anthems aplenty in this brilliant new drama from the creator of Money Heist, which offers gloriously lurid fun”.

It’s not The Sopranos, but according to Thrillist, it’s still good fun:
Totalling at 10 hour-long episodes, Netflix’s White Lines is a solid weekend binge that will keep you glued to your streaming device. If you can look past its cardinal sin — revealing its hand too late and too lacklusterly — you’re in for a fun and aesthetically pleasing tale about love and confronting the past set against the unruliness of Ibiza nightlife.
A solid weekend binge it is.
Join us, or don’t – whatever floats your boat.
Happy Friday, good people.
