Café du Cap’s harvest table at Cartel House, 113 Loop Street, is the stuff of legend. With a small team serving up ludicrously addictive, limited portions of dream delights, ranging from slow-cooked pulled lamb and crusted baked fish, to golden roasted veg (all the colours, baby) and Ottolenghi-inspired salads, everything is fresh-cooked, homemade and gourmet.
The photo gallery below tells not a lie.
Whether you’re a carnivore or a vegan, there’s something for everyone. Although that can be tricky at times – with 90% of the Cape Town clientele being regulars, the day’s offering is usually wiped out by 1:30PM. But that won’t be a problem for you any longer.
Café du Cap is now delivering that famous pre-cooked harvest table to your home for dinner – or whenever you choose to float away.
