Apologies to those who came here hoping to see some nudie action – there will be none of that.
You’ve heard of Pornhub, which is offering its Premium service free until April 23, but have you heard of Scrubhub?
As you might have guessed, the site, which is ‘safe for work’ (but you now work from home, so is NSFW still a thing?) features a “collection of satirical handwashing videos featuring both everyday people and Pornhub models like Asa Akira”.
Perhaps the best way to describe it is to offer a screenshot…
More from Mashable:
The site’s purpose is to emphasize the importance of hand-washing with lightness and humor. While it comes months after the CDC enforced these measures, it’s never a bad reminder to just wash your damn hands.
“We wanted to take something as mundane as washing your hands and make it entertaining in the only way we know how (by taking a joke way too far),” said Ani Acopian and Suzy Shinn, who partnered with Pornhub to make Scrubhub a reality, in a press release.
I clicked on the ‘Categories’ tab so you don’t have to:
Yes, each of those categories has a wide selection of videos available. Go exploring here.
At Scrubhub’s core, other than providing good marketing for Pornhub, is a noble cause:
Scrubhub will be accepting donations to two charities started in the wake of the coronavirus: Invisible Hands, a volunteer organization bringing food and essential supplies to at-risk communities in New York and New Jersey, and Frontline Foods, which provides healthy meals to clinicians in Los Angeles by partnering with local restaurants, who themselves are negatively impacted by the pandemic. Pornhub will make an initial donation to these charities.
I suppose it also provides a great excuse for those caught watching Pornhub, who can quickly close the browser tab and claim they were on Scrubhub.
Enjoy, and wash your hands thoroughly before and after use.
